Yes, all workshops must trade under the same VAT number.

To add workshops, go to Profile -> Workshops -> Add workshop and enter the required information for the new workshop.

Yes, you can go to Profile -> User access and add an email address there and select the workshop you want it to be associated with. The email address will need to be verified by the created user by opening the link in the invitation email.

You will receive a monthly statement via email: ad_sales@ebay.com. This statement will highlight all parts costs for each individual workshop / garage, along with the eBay bank details to send payment to. Please remember to include the invoice number on your bank transfer.

Delivery as standard is 2-3 working days, 95% of the parts available also offer a next day paid for service.

If the item has not yet been dispatched, it is possible for an order to be cancelled. Navigate to your orders page and click into the order, you will see the option to return it. If the item has already been dispatched, a return can be organised by the accounts team, if this is happens, please contact repairersupport@ebay.com.

Yes, the system will send the account administrator and the searching workshop an email with any matched part for your search, you will be able to click from the email to direct you to your account to purchase.
